James Richard Kemper
Age 71 of Claymont
Passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016.
Jim was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late, Jack F. and Cecelia (Linz) Kemper. He lived in several different cities and towns but enjoyed the life he created here in Delaware. Jim was a long time parishioner of Holy Rosary R.C. Church in Claymont. He was a dedicated employee of the Internal Revenue Service for of 44 years.
Anyone that knew Jim knew he had a great passion for two things, golf and shooting pool. He was a skilled player of both sports and was a member of various leagues and organizations. Some of his most treasured times where the ones spent at the Delcastle Golf Course with his friends.
Left to cherish Jim’s memory is his sister, Mary Lee Kemper, of Mason, Ohio. He also leaves behind many close friends who will miss him greatly.
All services for Jim will be private.
