Albert D. Paladinetti
Age 82 of New Castle
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
Al was born in Wilmington to the late Dominic and Angeline (Carlatto) Paladinetti. He was a graduate of Brown Vocational School where he studied plumbing. He put his education to good use having a successful career as a self-employed plumber for almost 65 years.
Al was a member of the Masons and Moose Lodge, where he made many friends and treasured the time he was able to spend with each organization. Al was a dog lover. He enjoyed traveling and shopping and always loved a walk along Battery Park. But most of all Al was a hard worker. He took pride in a job done well and worked hard to make sure each project he took on was completed to perfection.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rudy Paladinetti and Ralph Paladinetti.
Al will be dearly missed by his wife of 43 years, Patricia Paladinetti; his children, Debbie Trotta, JoAnne Carmonico, Albert “Chipper” Paladinetti, and Matthew Paladinetti; and his 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Anthony Paladinetti and Carolyn DiMauro.
All services for Al will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to be made in Al’s name to Faithfaul Friends Animal Society, 12 Germay Dr., Wilm., DE 19805.
