Naz loved his mom, Vikki; dad, Burt; sister, Tiara; brother, Jimmy; nephews, Jordan, Judah, and Josiah; cousins, Ambur and Autum; aunt, Sandi; as well as all of his family in Virginia.
As a child, Naz studied karate. His early education was in Delaware and Virginia. Naz was baptized at New Life Church in Hampton, VA where he sang in the children’s choir.
As a young man, he played football at McKean High School. He walked 2 miles in the cold to complete his High School Diploma. He attended Delaware Tech and studied to be a Social Worker. He developed cancer as a young adult.
Naz grew very fond of the staff at University of Pennsylvania – especially Dr. Timothy Lucas, who wrote a letter to Naz comparing Naz’s intelligence to Steven Hawking and Dr. Areti Desai. Everyone at Penn who knew Naz adored him!
He loved visiting his family in VA & PA. He loved aunt Bunky’s breakfasts and aunt Lil’s holiday meals. He loved Wildwood, visited the waterfall with Jimmy and his trips out of the country were to Mexico and Lourdes, France.
He loved fantasy football, working out, trading stocks and his cat Coco.
We will miss Naz dearly. Most of all, we will miss his sense of humor, strength, courage, and love for all.
Rest easy, we will have all of eternity to spend with you!
