Resident of Wilmington, De after being born in Bayamon, P.R. Giovanny spent the majority of his life living between Brooklyn, NY and West Chester, PA. Giovanny passed away peacefully during his sleep on the morning of November 20, 2019. Giovanny was born in Bayamon, PR and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He achieved his high school diploma during his stay in Chester County, PA.
He was one of four children born to Gina Cruz and Jose Candelario and was the beloved boyfriend of Dallas Boneparte for over 4 years. Giovanny will forever be remembered by his devoted brothers Alexie Candelario and Luis Ortiz and loving sisters Lesly Candelario, Jilennia Candelario and Gennie Ortiz beloved children Kailey Candelario (19), Giovanny Candelario-Cruz Jr.(12) and Milana Candelario (1), along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.
Giovanny loved listening to Christian Gospel, Rap and Country music, loved roller skating, laughing, being with his family, having fun with friends and was a dedicated Manager at Prices Corner Soft Cloth Car Wash. The joy you brought to this world will be missed.
Giovanny touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, November 27th, 2019, at 12:00 noon at Fuente de Agua Viva Church located at 1019 Brown St. Wilmington De. A viewing will be held at church on Wednesday morning form 10:30am-11:30am. Following the Funeral service the burial will take place at Silverbrook Cemetary 3300 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington DE 19805 for the burial services.

Giovanny le encantaba escuchar a música cristiana de Gospel, Rap y de Country. Le encantaba el patinaje, siempre tenia una sonrisa en su cara y le encantaba hacer a otros sonreir. Pasando tiempo con su familia y divertiendose con sus amistades y fue un Gerente en el Prices Corner Soft Cloth Car Wash. El gozo que tu traistes a a este mundo sera de grande falta.
Giovanny a tocado las vidas de muchas personas con su sonrisa y generosidad, y a mantenido su huella con su sentido de humor hasta el final. Amistades y familiares están invitados a asistir la celebración de vida de Giovanny Candelario-Cruz que se llevara acabo el 27 de Noviembre 2019 a las 1030am en la Iglesia Fuente de Agua Viva localizada en la 1019 Brown St. Wilmington De. Siguiendo el servicio sera en el cementerio localizado en Silverbrook Cemetary 3300 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington DE 19805.La familia pide que todos donativos sean mandados al hogar Candelario al 1225 Sycamore Ave, Wilmington DE 19805.
