Obituary for Marie Ann Rector (Rausch)
Marie A. Rector, age 88 of New Castle, sadly passed away on August 28, 2022, surrounded by her family.
Marie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 15, 1934 to the late Nicholas J. Rausch, Sr. and Anna Mae (Lynch) Rausch.
On January 2, 1980, Marie was united in holy matrimony to Frank C. Rector. Frank and Marie loved to travel to the mountains in Tennessee until Frank became sick.
In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Rector; and her daughter, Rosemarie Roe.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Gerri Kent and her husband Frank of New Castle, with whom she lived; Linda Granger of New Castle; and Kathleen A. Bodine and her husband Raymond of Clayton; her son, Samuel J. Cutillo, Jr. of New Castle; her brother, Nicholas J. Rausch, Jr. of Clayton; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren (2 of which are on the way); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
