Mark was a dedicated Delaware State Police employee whose devotion and compassion extended well beyond his duties within the State Police. Mark honorably served his country, state, community and church. As important- Mark was a dear and trusted friend to many. I am honored to be included in that group.
As he walked through the gates of heaven for a reunion with his father, mother and brother I am sure the Lord embraced him saying- “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” - Kevin
