Obituary for Mary T DiBiaso (Lux)

Elsmere – Mary T. DiBiaso (Lux), 94, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 19, 2020, while at her home with loving family. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Camillo (Camel) J. DiBiaso, Sr., in 2004. Mary was born on July 16, 1926 in Wilmington, Delaware. She was the youngest of seven children born to Mabel M. (Smith) and Harry E. Lux. As a young girl, she was always helpful to others. She had a heart of gold, which was evident throughout her life by her generosity.
As Mary said, “I had a good life”. She loved her family and friends. Everyone considered Mary an excellent mother, grandmother and homemaker. She frequently said, “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” and she wanted everything to look “pretty”. Everyone noticed her big, beautiful hazel eyes and infectious smile. Mary hosted daily gatherings at her home for neighborhood friends, but Sundays and holidays were for delicious home cooked meals with family. Mary loved swimming, dancing, shopping, word search puzzles, watching comedy TV and listening to oldies. In the last few years, she would dance in her chair or her bed to the music and sing along. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She will add extra sparkle to the heavenly world with her style and presence.
Mary is survived by her children: Nancy M. DiBiaso, Camillo J. DiBiaso, Jr., Bruce E. DiBiaso, all in Delaware and Deborah L. Rosenberg (Charles H.) of Wilmington, NC. She is also survived by three granddaughters, Danielle Aguanno, Nicole Scott and Kate Rosenberg, as well as five great-grandchildren.
Nancy and Bruce, her full-time caregivers at her home, would like to thank Fresenius Kidney Care (Lantana), Urgent Care Ambulance and Fox Rehabilitation, for their excellent care and support of their mother.
Mary will be joining her beloved parents Mabel and Harry, loving husband, Camel, her granddaughter, Carla and her six siblings.
