Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Patricia was born to the late Francis and Mary (Flora) Cannatelli and raised in Wilmington. She was a proud 1962 graduate of Wilmington High School. She was a dedicated employee of The Post House, DiNardo’s, and Wilmington Trust. On August 1, 1964, Patricia married Bernard A. Harrison Sr and together they raised two children.
Patricia was a member of St. Matthews R.C. Church. She always enjoyed attending mass and singing in the choir. Patricia was a devoted Phillies fan. Patsy loved her swimming & volleyball at Fraim Center. Playing board games with her grandchildren brought her great joy. She loved traveling with close friends. Though, more than anything she loved relaxing on her porch & watching life go by. Coming from a predominantly Italian up bringing, she made sure the Raviolis were handmade and during the holidays always made sure her family had too much to eat. ALWAYS there with a helping hand - a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed.
Patricia is survived by her children, Bernard A. Harrison, Jr (Beth) and Pamela Harrison; her grandchildren, Adam, Gage, and Willow; and her siblings, Gene Cannatelli (Lois) and John Czarnecki (Brenda).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service for Patricia at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Thurs, May 5 at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00 am-11:00 am. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made in Patricia’s name to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Shopping Center 2nd Floor, Newark, DE 19711.
