Passed away on July 27, 2023.
Pat was born and raised in Wilmington. He attended Wilmington High School, and he worked in the construction industry for many years as a roofer and carpenter.
Pat’s favorite pastime was fishing. He loved spending time with a rod and reel and a cold beer close by. But Pat will be remembered most for his huge heart and love of his friends and family, especially his son, Aidan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul W. Dunfee Sr, who passed when Pat was only a small child, and step father, Robert Passmore.
Pat is survived by his son, Aidan; his mother, Honey Passmore; and his siblings, Paul Dunfee Jr, Dawn Roberts, Carol Buckalew, and Donna McDonough. He is also survived by his nephews, Jermery and Robert Casey; niece, Jennifer Dunfee; a large extended family; and many dear life long friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing for Pat at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE on Wed, Aug 2 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 905 New Rd., Wilm., DE, on Thurs, Aug 3 at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery.
