Obituary for Rosemarie Roe
On June 17, 2022, Rosemarie Roe (66) of New Castle, passed away peacefully with her family by her side.
Rose was born on July 4th, 1955. She graduated from William Penn High School in 1973. In 1975, Rose met Thomas A. Miller, Sr. In 1976, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Michelle Miller.
Rose worked as a Legal Secretary for Nitsche & Dougherty Law Firm.
Rose had the heart of gold. She never turned someone in need away. She went out of her way to help anyone
Rose was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Cutillo, Sr; her maternal grandparents Nicholas & Anna Mae Rausch and son Thomas A. Miller, Jr.
Rose is survived by her mother, Marie Rector of New Castle; her daughter, Michelle Miller (Robert Bickelman) of New Castle; son Thomas Roe of Wilmington; daughter Jessica Hitchens (Corey) of Wilmington; daughter Melissa Ward (Brian) of Newark; 3 sisters Kathleen Bodine (Ray) of Clayton; Linda Granger of Easley, SC; and Gerri Kent (Frank) of New Castle; 1 brother, Samuel Cutillo, Jr. of New Castle. Grandchildren Daniel Rimmer (Brittny Swift), who has always kept her on her toes with his loving ways; Kasara Kalafut and Eevie Hitchens Great grandchildren Kinsley & Ailey Rimmer; and Lili Ann Robinson. She was loved by her many nieces, nephews and friends who she loved dearly.
A viewing for Rose will be held on June 25, 2022, where friends may visit with the family from 12-1 at Krienen Funeral Home 101 W 6th St New Castle, DE. There will be a service starting at 1pm.
