He was retired from Getty & Texaco. He had many interests, but his favorites where motorcycles and canoeing.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence Marshall of Colorado and Charlotte Necastro of Delaware.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Sue Trader (Paul); son Terry Marshall (Maryanne) of Indiana; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Sharon Spencer.
All services will be private.
