William “Billy” Henry Lane

Billy was in the National Guard in Belvedere, Delaware. He Graduated from DeLaWarr High School
Billy loved to draw pictures for his loved ones. He loved painting houses with his brother Jimmy, Billy love playing with all the kids when he could. He was always funny and making jokes to make people laugh. Billy also enjoyed playing Baseball in his younger years.
He is preceded in death by his parents: John and Lucille Lane, Brother Johnny and his great- grandchildren Legend Ballard and Gia’Bella Matos Great Nephew Junior Harmon and brother In-Law Ben Reeder.
His son Scott Keatts and daughter Tanya (George) Heinly
Grandchildren: Karen Matos, Brittany Gonzalez, Autumn Heinly, George Heinly3rd, Sean Heinly.
Great-Grandchildren: Lettommy Ballard, Katalina Mendoza, Jaylani Mendoza and Geovoni Ceja
Sister Connie Reeder”Bear Delaware” brother’s Robert (Connie) “Aiken South Caroline”
Jimmy “New Castle Delaware” Nephews: Benny Reeder (Tracy), Jason Mercado, Michael Lane, Nathan Lane (Bernadette). Nieces: Connie Kuligowski (Elvis), Michelle Young (John). Jamie Lane (John) and many more Great nieces and nephews.
Funeral is private Family will have a celebration of life at a later time.
