Passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Bay Health-Kent Campus.
Ann was born to the late William Bryan and Mary (Faulkner) Price in Centerville, MD. She was a 1954 graduate of Sudlersville High School.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Edward E. Cieszynski, Sr, and her siblings, Agnes Spry, Jane Price, William Bryan Price, Jr, and Ellen Price
She will be dearly missed by her children, Mary Kirk, Edward E. Cieszynski Jr, and Nadine Racer; her grandchildren, Melanie Phelan and her husband Kellen, Bryan Kirk, William Racer, and Rebecca Racer; and her great grandsons, Cameron, Mason, Kameron, Cavan, Macallan. Ann is also survived by her nephew, Irving Spry, and nieces, Terry Dulin, Linda Spry, Jean Franks, and Shelly Fleegle.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Joseph Church, 371 E. Main St, Middletown, DE, on Monday, Nov 6, at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the church from 10:30 am-11:00 am. Interment will take place privately at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery.
