Age 80 of New Castle passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, November 16, 2018.

Ann was born and raised in New Castle. She was a 1957 graduate of St. Peter High School. Ann worked at Johnson Controls, retiring after many years of dedicated service. During her retirement she went back to work part time as a Wal-Mart greeter.

Ann had a love of the outdoors, she especially loved going to Battery Park, there she would feed the birds and cats and watch the ships go by.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Rachel (Maddy) and James J. Antonio; siblings, Mildred, Elma, Marie, John, James, and Robert.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Michael, Victor, and Paula; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, and Justin; as well as her brother, Richard.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, 5th and Harmony St., New Castle, DE 19720, on Saturday, November 24 at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the church from 10:00am-11:00am. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to be made in Ann's name to the St. Peter's Organ Restoration Fund, 521 Harmony St., New Castle, DE 19720.
