It is with profound sorrow that we announce the loss of our beloved father, Pop-Pop and friend. Tony passed away on July 24, 2018 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 87.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late, Jan and Mary Pawlowski on September 1, 1930. He served in the U.S. Navy, and later worked as a lab-technician for DuPont. His talents as a cartoonist were often called upon by coworkers to illustrate office event announcements. No family birthday went without his signature birthday banner. He was immensely proud of his Polish heritage and wanted everyone be aware of the integral role Poland played in all good things.

Tony was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty (Barnes) Pawlowski.

He is survived by his daughter, Liz Marek (Steve); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Emma and Mathias. As well as his sister, Anne.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Service on Saturday, July 28 at 11:00 am at Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 2220 N. Dupont Hwy. New Castle, DE 19720. Friends may call at the Chapel from 10 to 11. Interment will follow the Service.
