Bernice Anna Coulsting
Mrs. Bernice Anna Coulsting of Wilmington, DE, passed away at Gilpin Hall Nursing Care on Friday, February 25, 2011.
She was born December 7, 1928 in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late Anton and Edna Klein.
Bernice graduated from Granby High School in Norfolk, VA, attended William and Mary College in Virginia and Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. She enjoyed traveling, cooking and music, her favorite Mr. Music Mantovani.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wilmington, DE.
Bernice was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert Klein. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Harry Coulsting; her daughters and sons-in-law, Holly and Stan Meyers of Los Angeles, CA, Brenda and Dr. Jeffery Heckert of Elisabeth, Maine; and two grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 6th & Pine Sts., Wilmington, DE on Wednesday morning, March 2, 2011 at 10 a.m. Friends may call at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Tuesday evening, March 1, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interment is private.
