Age 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2015.

Bruce was born in Philadelphia to Martin J. and Helen A. (Dent) Ruoff. He graduated from North East High School in Philadelphia, where he was a member of the cast and dancing chorus for the NE Revue. He joined the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1948 and served as an aviation machinist until his discharge in 1959. He spent his career as a machine operator working for Turbo Machine Company, Andale Corporation, and North American Dregor, retiring in 1996.

He married Elizabeth A. Graeff, the love of his life, in June,1957, and they raised their two children in Lansdale. Bruce was an avid bowler and a lifetime member of the Artisans Order of Mutual Protection, Northwestern 54 Lodge. He enjoyed travelling and vacationing with his family in Wildwood and Ocean City, NJ. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church since 1970. Bruce loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews at family get-togethers and picnics.

Bruce is preceded in death by his wife, Betty, his parents, and his brother, Charles Ruoff. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Ruoff; his son, Paul Ruoff, and wife, Mary; his grandchildren, Lauren, Colleen, Tara, Matthew, Meghan, and Grace Ruoff; his brother, William Ruoff, and wife, Doris; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to the service Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11:00 am at Christ United Methodist Church, 1020 South Valley Forge Road, Lansdale. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00-11:00 am. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA.
