Charles H. Pensel, Jr., age 88 of Milford, DE,
Passed away March 9, 2025 surrounded by family.

Born September 8, 1936, in Wilmington, DE to the late Charles H. and Katherine O. (Palmatory) Pensel, Sr Charles grew up in New Castle DE. He was a proud graduate of William Penn High School and went on to receive his associate's degree in accounting from Goldey Beacom.

After graduation he married the love of his life Virginia A. Duling. Together they shared 62 loving years. He worked at Dupont in Accounting and then in transportation at the Chambers Work Plant in Deep Water, NJ when he retired.

Charles loved boating and fishing with his family & friends and enjoyed collecting trains.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Sharon Pensel-Jones, and husband, Bill, Kathleen Ramsay, and husband, Steve, Daniel Pensel and wife, Kim; his grandchildren, Brian (Sam), Sean (Natasha), Elizabeth, and Zach; and great grandchildren, Ryan, Liam, Ben and Madelyn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service on Saturday, March 22 at 10:30am at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805. Friends may call at the funeral home form 9:30-10:30. Interment will follow the service at Gracelawn Memorial Park.
