Cheryl L. Billbrough

Age 64, died peacefully on January 5, 2011 at home surrounded by her family.

Cheryl was a lifelong devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. She also worked for over 15 years as a bookkeeper at Carmen Ford in New Castle. Cheryl enjoyed poker and slots.

The family would like to thank Compassionate Care, especially Nicki and Dee.

Cheryl was the daughter of the late Alexander and Mildred Okon. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Frank P. Billbrough, Sr.; her children, Rick Hardy and his wife Josephine; Rob Hardy and his wife Linda, Denise Billbrough and her partner George, Frank P. Billbrough, Jr. and his wife Melissa; her sisters, Bonnie Bloomer and her husband Pete, and Susan Boates and lifetime friend, Chris Banner; and her beloved grandchildren, Erica, Gary, Kevin, Tony, Rick Jr., Adayna, Mason and Jaden.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the committal service at Delaware Veterans Memorial Chapel, Bear on Monday, January 10th at 1 p.m. Friends may call at the Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Sunday afternoon from 2 pm to 4 pm. Interment in adjoining Veterans Cemetery.
