Delores Fay Kane

Age 78, died suddenly on Friday, April 24, 2009 at home.

Delores the daughter of John Thomas and Laura Bradley was one of six children all of who have predeceased her.

Delores was employed at the Linen Mart on Market Street for 27 years retiring in 1995, and was a very active member of the Wilmington Manor Gardens Civic Assn.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Dresh, and her second husband Robert Kane in 1995. She is survived by her niece and caregiver, Robin Rodgers. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a sincere thank you to Frances (Jeanne) Williams and her daughter, Joanne (Jodi) Fromal for their loving care of Delores during the last year.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Thursday morning, April 30th at 11:30 a.m. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning. Interment in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.
