Diane Marie Money passed away peacefully on May7, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Wilmington, Delaware to Harold B. Money Jr. and Mary (DiBiaso) Money, Diane was raised in Elsmere and attended Corpus Christi Elementary School and Conrad High School. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in English and went to work for the DuPont Company where she was an executive assistant and wrote articles for the company newsletter. She retired after 30 years of service. She enjoyed reading, poetry, watching movies and had a particular love of every type of music.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by Robert and Heather Money of Severance, Colorado, Hal and Kathy Money of Milford, Delaware and their sons and daughters; longtime partner and loving supporter, Martin Kopan of Newark, Delaware; her aunt, Nancy Brown; nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to especially thank the nurses of Christiana Hospital and the staff at Season's Hospice.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 13, at 11am at Corpus Christi Church, 905 New Road, Wilmington, 19805. A visitation will be held at the church form 10am to 11am. Interment will be at Cathedral Cemetery.
