Donna W. Cochrane
Age 74 of Wilmington, DE

Passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side on December 2, 2025.

Donna was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Harry and Rosemary (McLaughlin) Wilson.

She was a proud graduate of Tampa University and put her degree to good use working with Veterans Affairs. Donna was a dedicated employee of the VA Hospital in Wilmington for her entire career.

In her free time, Donna enjoyed travelling and loved to go sightseeing in places near and far. She treasured cozy days reading but most of all she loved being with family and friends.

Donna will be remembered most for her loving ways. Her warm and infectious smile was second only to her big heart. She loved deeply and she will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cochrane and her siblings, William, Greg, and Candy Kling, and Wayne Wilson.

Donna is survived by her brother, Mark Wilson (Lisa); her sister-in-law, Loretta Kling; her niece and caretaker, Julianne Rivera; and her dear friend, Piera Vassallo. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Monday, Dec 8 from 10:30-12:00pm. Burial will follow at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
