Donna Lynn Dow passed away on Saturday, May 7,2022.

Donna was born June 17, 1979 in Wilmington, DE to William and Katherine (Siekierda) Dow. She was a 1997 graduate of William Penn High School. Following graduation, Donna went onto try her hand at different careers. Most recently working for the family owned Ioannoni's Specialty Sandwich Shop in New Castle. Donna was an avid crafter and enjoyed creating unique jewlery. Her favorite pastime, however, was watching and cheering on her beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Donna is survived by her mother, Katherine Dow of New Castle whom she lived with; her father, William Dow of Bear; sister, Denise Maslanka (William) of Wilmington; and niece, Melissa. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Monday, May 16 at 12:00pm at Krienen Funeral Home, 101 West 6th St. New Castle. A visitation will take place at the funeral home form 11-12pm.
