Dorothy Gunther Cunningham
A native of Wilmington, Dorothy, died August 9, 2011 in Matthews, NC.
She was a homemaker on Franklin Street for over 50 years.
Dorothy was a Charter member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church, and Osiris Court. She was also a member of the Indian River Water Sports Club in Riverdale, DE.
She loved all kinds of crafting and sold her creations at craft fairs around the Brandywine area.
Dorothy was the daughter of the late William and Rose Gunther. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George F. Cunningham; her brother, William E. Gunther; and her sister, Margaret L. Honey. She is survived by her daughter, Rosanne C. Bateman and her husband Henry W. of Weddington, NC.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Silverbrook Cemetery, Lancaster Ave., Wilmington on Monday, August 22nd at 1 p.m.
