Passed away peacefully on March 25, 2021 at the age of 98
Betty was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing. She was immensely proud of her 25-year career as private duty nurse. Betty was a devout catholic and an active member of both Corpus Christi and in later years, St. John the Beloved Parishes. She served in many capacities including the liturgy committee, lector, and choir member.
Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Henry John Bogucki, in 1979, and her son, Henry John Bogucki, in 2008.
She will dearly missed by her children, Fred Bogucki (Jane), Nancy M. Bell (Edwin), and Karen McGrory (Bill); her daughter-in-law, Doris Bogucki; her 11 grandchildren; her 22 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Beloved R.C. Church, 907 Milltown Rd., Wilm., DE 19808, on Tuesday, March 30 at 11:30am. Friends may call at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Tuesday, March 30 from 10:00am-11:00am. Interment will follow mass at Cathedral Cemetery.
