Obituary

Emory G. Rohrbaugh
Age 78-Passed away peacefully on March 17, 2018.
He served 6 years in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Hyman. Following his service he went to work for Delaware Bay Bridge Authority, retiring after 20 years.
Emory took pleasure playing golf in his younger years, and watching it in his older years. He enjoyed playing bocce ball and taking bus trips with the Mid County Senior Center, but he most loved time spent with family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Emory G. Rohrbaugh Jr. and Frances Margaret Shank; stepmother, Elois Rohrbaugh; wife, Madeline Rohrbaugh; daughter, Jennifer Rodick; and his brother, Edward Rohrbaugh. He is survived by his son, Eugene (Chip) Rohrbaugh (Paula); sisters, Beth Bilson (Morris), and Elois Veltman; granddaughters, Amber Kelly (Dale), Heather Pacelli, and Taylor Rohrbaugh; grandson, Ethan Rohrbaugh; and great-granddaughter, Ariana Kelly; a host of nieces and nephews. As well as his dear friend, Kathy Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Emory's name to the Ronald McDonald House, 1901 Rockland Rd., Wilmington, DE 19803.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service for Emory on Friday, March 23 at 1:00pm at All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805.
