Felix E. Mercado, Sr.

On Monday, December 10, 2012, Felix E. Mercado, Sr., known to friends as "Papo", a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away peacefully at the age of 45.

Felix worked for Chrysler and was a member of the UAW for 13 years. He loved and cherished spending time with his family and listening to Salsa music.

He will forever be remembered by his wife and best friend, Monica; their children, Christian, Meralis, Felix, Jr., and Nicolas; his parents Felix and Lydia; his sisters, Maggie, Aida, and Ari; his brothers-in-law Quentin, Mike, Frank, Kevin, Vinnie, and Andrew; his sisters-in-law, Celia, Claudia, and Erika; and his best friend/brother King. Felix will also be remembered by his 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Funeral services will take place on Mon., Dec. 17, at 10:00 am at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Sun., Dec. 16, from 1:00-4:00 pm.
