Frances L. Cahall (Logue) 90 Elsmere
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, October 14, 2017, after a lengthy illness.
Frances was a devoted mother and grandmother. She married Rodney (Bud), a neighborhood boy from the Wilmington East Side, and raised her six children. She was a great cook and treasured family dinners. Frances was a strong, loving, thoughtful, and caring mother, sister, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Rodney (Bud) Cahall Sr. who passed away in 1994; son-in-law, Bob Miller; granddaughter, Kellie Cahall; and her siblings, Pauline (Stille), and Dolores (Smith). She will be dearly missed by her children, Rodney Jr., Nancy Miller, Cynthia Olivere, Bruce, David, Russell (Sue); 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren; and the family dog, Bella. She is also survived by her siblings, Edward Logue, Janice Uffelman, and Judy Owens; several nephews, nieces, and their families.
The family wishes to extend much gratitude and thanks to her caregivers from Heartland Hospice, especially, Debbie and Alicia.
Burial will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701.
