Frank (Francis) A. Sulpizi Born June 6, 1933, passed away on October 18, 2016 at his residence at Somerford Place where he resided with his brother Jim.
Frank served in the U.S. Army for two years and in the Army National Guard in electronics for six years, and also worked for Xerox.
He was a member of St. Gabriel's Club and St. Anthony's club, both in New Castle.
Frank enjoyed playing pinochle and Knock rummy with his friends at the clubs. He was a team player in bocce ball. Frank enjoyed horse racing but the stock market was his true passion.
Son of the late Assunta and Francesco Sulpizi. Frank was also preceded in death by his sister Mary Finachirro
Frank leaves to cherish his memory his brother and best friend James Sulpizi. He also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends
The family would like to thank the staff of Somerford Place and Seasons Hospice for their dedicated care of Frank.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend A Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 521 Harmony Street, New Castle, DE 19720 on Monday October 24, 2016 at 10:30 am. Friends may call at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment in the All Saints Cemetery will follow the mass.
