George J. Broda, Jr.
Age 90 of New Castle
Passed away on November 4, 2018 at home.
George served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Valley Forge from 1947-1951. He was employed at the DuPont Chambers Work, retiring after many years of dedicated service .
George was a founding member of First State Treasure Hunter Club. He enjoyed metal detecting and University of Delaware Football. George's favorite hobby included reading; especially history and political books.
He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory.
The family would like to thank everyone who has helped the Broda family in the past and especially during these difficult time.
