Obituary
Georgina Delaney age 66 passed away on January 9, 2019 at Cadia nursing home after a short battle with cancer.
Georgina was a homemaker. She was an animal lover and enjoyed knitting and cooking. Most importantly she loved the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Williams; mother, Ann Williams; and her brother, Joseph Williams.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Kimbel (Patrick)of New Castle, Regina Walters, Rebecca Williams of Wilmington; son, John Hart. 6 grandchildren, Daniel Lord, Nicholas Kimbel, Patrick Kimbel, Julie Lasalle, Marcus Walters, Naajee Tymes; her siblings, James and Florence Williams, Robert and Linda Williams, Larry Williams, Mary Schivick, Lenny and Leslie Williams, Ann Marie Williams, Karen Williams, and Robin Williams; 24 nieces and nephews; and her husband, Dave Delaney.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 5th and Harmony Streets, New Castle on Tuesday, January 15, at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the church from 10-11. Interment will be in Glebe Cemetery.
