Harry was a loving and devoted husband, father, pop pop, uncle and friend to many. He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends and adored his cat, Calvin. Many fond memories are shared with family and friends while meeting and staying at the Breakwater House Condominium and renting a Cedar Avenue house in Lewes Beach, DE from 1965-1985. Everyone enjoyed the volleyball, badminton, beach clam pitching tournaments (somewhat a prelude to modern day cornhole), walks to the DQ and the Debrach Inn, and crabbing & fishing at Cape Henlopen. Harry leaves us a legacy of citizenship, an incredible sense of humor with a great smile and contagious laugh, compassion, resilience and a wealth of memories of life.
The family thanks the nurses and staff at Accent Care Hospice and Harry's caregiving companion, Lisa for their excellence in care and devotion to his comfort.
