Harry passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 20, 2022

Harry was born in New Castle, Delaware on August 12, 1929 to John and Mary Strusowski.

Harry had a 35-year career with the Delaware Army National Guard and worked for Delmarva Power and Light in both the service and marketing departments for over 40 years.

He was the past President of New Castle Little League and past Chairman of the 19th Democratic Representative District. He was a member of the St. Anthony's and St. Gabriel's Clubs, as well as the American Legion Stahl Post #30.

Harry was an all-around sports enthusiast. He loved baseball and was a former coach to the Stahl Post team and St. Elizabeth High School team. He was also an avid golfer and enjoyed playing bocce ball. He was especially devoted to the Phillies, considering himself one of their biggest fans.

The family would like to say a special thank you to his caregivers, Cecilia and Sarah.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Strusowski (Kracyla); sons, Harry, Jr. "Skip" (Tricia), Steven (Evelyn), and Gregory (Lisa); granddaughters, Abby, Ashleigh and Alexandra.

Relatives and friends are invited to a service on Monday, Oct. 31 at 11am at Krienen Funeral Home, 101 West 6th St. New Castle. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10-11. Interment will follow the service in All Saints Cemetery.
