Jacqueline Kay Peck, age 75 of Bear, passed away on Mya 9, 2018. She was born to the late Jackson and Dorothy (Hall) Peck, on September 21, 1942.
Jackie was a proud graduate of Conrad High School in 1961. She was an active member of their accomplished band Program, serving as band officer her senior year. After graduation, she was happy to be married and begin her family. She was a homemaker for many years before returning to the workforce as an administrative assistant. Jackie was proud to have worked for the NVF Company, Union Park, and the Ramada Inn. She most enjoyed and had some of her best memories while working at Atlantic Aviation. As an administrative assistant with the used aircraft sales division, she often told stories about flying with her co-workers and meeting with clients from overseas. She found her time there to be some of the most fulfilling and exciting. Jackie had a dedicated work ethic with each of her employers.
Family and friends were Jackie's passion and delight. She grew up spending summers at Port Herman and "down country". Trips to the Delaware beaches were special times for Jackie and her daughters (and her daughter's girlfriends). Jackie loved to entertain and had frequent dinner parties at her house before she retired. In her later years, she loved to read and did the crossword puzzle every day.
Jackie is survived by her daughters, Kimberly K. Engle (Skip MacWilliam), and Katherine L. Silicato (Russell); granddaughter, Grace K. Silicato; and her brother, Daniel C. Peck (Kay). She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends.
