Jacqueline M. Streb
"Cookie" passed away at home on Sunday, May 8, 2011
She was a lifelong resident of Wilmington. She graduated from Wilmington High School.
Cookie spent her life dedicated to her family and home. Her greatest joy was spending summers at the beach with her family and many friends.
Jacqueline was the daughter of the late Raymond and Pauline Cudnick Zawisza. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, John J. Streb; and her sister, Cindy Bristow. Cookie is survived by her sons, Gregory Streb and his wife Cindy, Christopher Streb and his wife Charlene, Jesse Streb and his friend Melissa; her brother, Robert Zawisza; her beloved grandchildren, Tara, Rachel, Steven, Ryan, Kyle, Alexandrea, and Johnny; and her great grandchildren, Jensen, Aubrey, and Skyler.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Hedwig R. C. Church, Linden and S. Harrison Sts., Wilmington on Friday, May 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the church Friday morning from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Newark.
