Jay was born in Wilmington, DE on October 23, 1986, to David B. Miller, III and the late Theresa A. Miller.
Jay was preceded in death by his mother, two uncles, 1 aunt, and a nephew.
He will be dearly missed by his wife of 7 months, Dorothy; his father, David B. Miller, III (Judi); his children, Cheyenne, Remi, Cameron, and their mother, Jessie, and Jason Jr. and his mother, Crystal; his two brothers, James (Amanda) and David A. (Jennifer); his sister, Sarah (Johnny); and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
