Jean Bender Johnson
Died November 11, 2010 at St. Francis Compassionate Care.
Jennie was a well known area resident of Wilmington, born and raised with an abundance of friends.
She was the owner of several small restaurants in her younger years and was a local taxi driver in her later years. Jean will be missed by friends and family.
She is survived by her brother, James N. Bender, Sr.; her sister, Peggy Trzuskowski; her brother, Gene Bender; and her granddaughter, Crystal Czevny;.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at St. James Episcopal Church, 2 South Augustine St., Newport on November 20th at 11 a.m. Friends may visit and join the family for a luncheon at the church from 12 pm to 2 pm Saturday afternoon. Interment in the Memorial Garden at St. James Episcopal Church.
