Age 76, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2021, after a long battle with cancer.

Jeanette was born in Wilmington and grew up in Elsmere. Her biggest happiness came from being a homemaker and caring for her family. Throughout her life, she briefly worked for Wassams, Almart, and Shoprite, from which she got lots of joy.

She was a loving compassionate and very giving person who loved animals. Her favorite place to go was Wildwood, NJ. She enjoyed the water, walking the boardwalk and playing games, and going to Franconi's for breakfast and eating curly fries. She leaves behind so many beautiful memories that will be cherished forever. This is not goodbye, it is "Until we meet again."

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Josephine (Veltre) Pivinski. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Louis Rohrer, Sr., known as Jerry; her children, Michelle Whiteman, Tammy Rohrer, and Louis Rohrer, Jr.; her beloved grandchildren, Sarah, Zachery, Anthony, Andrew, Josephina, Frankie, Aaron, and Maria; her 5 great-grandchildren, Mohammed, Mousa, Zahneb, Noah, and Lujain; her sisters, Jacqueline Szewczyk, Marian Pivinski, Betty Bennett, and Stephanie Fleetwood.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Service on Monday, August 2, at 5:00 pm at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE. A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00-5:00 pm. Burial will be private.
