Joanna L. Geiss- Age 47
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, January 26, 2018.
Joanna was born on November 19, 1970 to the late Edward and Rosalie Magee.
Her career varied, but most notably was her time spent as a homemaker, as well as a caregiver to her mother for 12 years.
Joanna enjoyed time spent outdoors, especially in the garden tending to her roses and observing wildlife. She also loved photography, reading books, retail therapy and attending concerts. Most importantly, Joanna adored the time spent with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Craig Geiss, Sr.; son, Craig Geiss, Jr. and his wife, Nicole; and her grandchildren, Brooke and Tyler.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19805, on Thursday, February 1, at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:00 to 11:00. Interment will take place in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Hwy. Wilmington, DE 19808, following the Service.
