Joanne L. Olsen

Age 62, of Ruskin, FL, and formerly of Newark, DE, passed away on December 5, 2012 in Ruskin, FL.
Joanne retired from retail sales. She belonged to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Rebekahs. She was past Nobel Grand of Doris Rebekah Lodge #9, and past State President of the Rebekah Assembly of Delaware twice.
Joanne was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Alan Lee Olsen Sr,; her sister, Patricia Beird; and her parents, Henry McCaffrey Sr. and Mae McNemar McCaffrey. She is survived by her four children, Alan Olsen Jr., Amy LaBarge, Joseph E. Olsen II, and Kevin Olsen Sr.; six grandchildren, Alan, Tiffany, CJ, and Kevin Olsen Jr., Thomas and Brenton LaBarge.; great-grandson, Doryan Olsen; her sister, Katherine Major; and two brothers, Henry McCaffrey Jr., and Roger Bruce McCaffrey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, duPont Hwy., New Castle on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11 am. Friends may call at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel from 10-11 am Saturday morning. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
