Joel Houghton, age 38, passed away on March 8 at St. Francis Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Thom and Nancy Houghton-Lynch; his sisters, Emma, Allison and Mallory; his grandfathers, John J. Houghton and James A. Lynch; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom loved him dearly. In keeping with Joel's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to be an organ donor through the Gift of Life program so that others may live. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Wilmington on Friday, March 11 at 10:30 AM.
