Obituary

John Connor passed away peacefully on May 1, 2022.

John was born to the late John and Rose (Morris) Connor and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. John enlisted in the United States Air Force and retired from the Air National Guard after 20 years. He retired from Delmarva Power. John settled in Arden and loved his friends and environment the town cultivated.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by sisters, Rose Turner and Betty Porter Morgan, and his niece, Jill DiAngelo. Jack will be dearly missed by his sisters, Joan Roach, Elaine Krucharski, and Patricia Lano; his aunt, Florence Pugliese; and many loving great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation for John at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Thursday, May 19 from 10:30am to 11:30am. A Celebration of Life service will take place at 11:30am at the funeral home. John will be interred at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery privately.

In light of increasing COVID numbers the family asks that masks be worn. In addition, there will not be a traditional funeral luncheon.
