John F. Lynn, 80 of Wilmington passed away on April 28, 2022 at Kutz Home. Born in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Anne and John Lynn.
He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during Vietnam and worked for the United States Postal Service. John enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Lynn.
John is survived by his children, John Lynn, Belinda Lynn-Snyder, Colleen Lynn, Mary- O'Donnell-Andreoli, Kevin Lynn, Katy Lynn, 8 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to join the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home on Friday, May 6 at 11am. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00am-11:00am. Interment will be held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 1pm.
