Joseph Albert Saunders
Age 37, of NC, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 8, 2012.
Joseph was a devoted and loving son, brother, father, and friend. Joseph worked most of his life in the family roofing business, Saunders Roofing. He loved the beach, fishing, playing guitar, music and spending time with his son, family and friends. Joseph touched everyone he had met in his life with his loving heart and strong sense of family.
Joseph was preceded in death by father, Ralph B. Marker in 1997; and long time girlfriend, Carol Arsonault in 2011. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Marker; brother, Donovan Saunders; sister, Angila Berni; and a beautiful son, Joseph Albert Saunders Jr. He is also survived by his uncles, Daniel, Michael, and David Saunders; his cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He will be missed and never forgotten.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere, on Saturday afternoon, November 24, 2012 at 4 pm. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-4 pm Saturday afternoon. Interment is private.
