Age 77 of New Castle
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 30, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Josephine was the daughter of the late Peter F. and Elizabeth M. (Susi) Octavio. She was a lifelong resident of New Castle. Josephine was a graduate of St. Peter High School and a dedicated parishioner at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church. Josephine's greatest passion in life was caring for her family.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Peter (Chauky) and Joseph (G.I.) Octavio.
Josephine will be dearly missed by her children, David L. Clark, Daniel M. Clark (Patty), Deanna Stewart, Dane L. Clark, Dean J. Clark, Donald R. Clark; her 13 grandchildren; and her 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Geraldine Turner, Robert Octavio (Shirley), and Louis Octavio (Diane); and many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, Feb 5 at 11:00am at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, 5th and Harmony St., New Castle, DE 19720. Friends may call at the church from 9:30-11:00am. Interment will be in St. Peter the Apostle Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made in Josephine's name to the DFRC, Four Seasons Plaza, 640 Plaza Dr., Newark, DE 19702.
