Joyce A. Rossiter age 78 passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.

She was born in Wilmington, DE., on March 18, 1943 to the late Samuel Cliffton Biddle and Kathryn Regina Chandler.

She was a dedicated employee of Christiana Hospital, retiring after 35 years of service. Following that, she enjoyed her 20 years working at Churchman Village Independent Living.

She will be remembered for sewing, arts and crafts, and dressing up for Halloween for the residents.

She was a great Mom and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her sister, Kathryn Dutton and husband, Jim Dutton; her sister-in-law, Dorothy Biddle; her children, Debbie Adkins, Michelle Pedicone, son-in-law, Mark Pedicone and Michael Rossiter; her grandchildren, Alisha Adkins, Lee Adkins, Kristina Pedicone, Angela Pedicone-Baker, husband Eric Baker, Mark J. Pedicone, Luke Rossiter, and Jake Rossiter; great-grandchildren, Logan Snyder and Koal Black; and great-great-grandchildren, Elijana Snyder and Octivia Black. She is also survived by her best friends, Diane Baker and Alice Connelly.

A visitation will be held at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 11:00am - 12pm with interment to follow at Silverbrook Cemetery.
