Passed away peacefully on November 11, 2024.
Judi was born on July 29, 1950 to the late Robert A. and Lucille (Breen) Mead. She lived in Connecticut in her younger years where she married her first husband, Gerald Girard.
Judi was a lifetime member of American Legion Post 196. She served in many capacities including, District President of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was passionate about the success of the organization and strived to live to better the lives of veterans and their families.
Judi moved to Delaware and spent the remainder of her life wife her second husband, David Miller.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, David Miller, III, several stepchildren, 6 grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
To honor Judi's wishes all services will be private.
