Obituary
Age 68, passed away at home on Saturday, June 7, 2014.
Lola was born in Memomonie, WI. After high school, she attended Northwest Orient Airline Stewardess School. She accepted a position instead at the Pentagon, as Secretary to the Director of Civil Defense. She was also selected at a pageant as Miss Department of Defense.
She loved yard work, sewing, and drawing. She collected Christmas carolers and fiesta ware.
Lola was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Avis Kizer, and her father, Laurence Krogstad.
Lola is survived by her husband, Michael Chitwood; her daughter and son-in-law, Kendra and Jeff Earvase; her granddaughter; Kasey Earvase; and her brother, Rocky Kizer, of Menomonie, WI.
The family would like to thank Marie Callahan for her loving support and also Delaware Hospice.
Relatives and friends are invited the Service on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 11:00 am at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel. Visitation will take place from 10:00-11:00 am on Thursday at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel. Entombment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
