Lola Transue
Age 83, died March 21, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Her hobbies included puzzles, crosswords, crochet, and searchwords. She also enjoyed spending time in her garden. Most of all she loved spending time with her children.
Lola was the daughter of the late Ernest Ray Boney and Isibelle Clauda Boney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Transue. She is survived by her children, Lucy Piaskowski (Wayne), Patricia Russell (Eric), Ernie Transue (Donna), Roberta Fulk (Dave), Priscilla Transue, Keith Transue, Gordy Transue (Cathy), Cindy Harter (Jay), Janet Kennedy (Todd), and Steven Transue (Patty); 24 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Priscilla Baker and Jeanette Dale.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11 am. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9-11 am. Interment in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.
