Age 78 passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends who Peggy touched and influenced throughout her bountiful and blessed life.

Peggy was born and raised in Kingston, PA, moving to Wilmington, DE in 1958 where she spent the majority of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family, had a love for the beach, a majestic rose, Christmas time, family gatherings, and her beloved dogs.

Peggy is survived by; Michael Sokira and wife, Cindy and their daughter, Morgan Sokira; Donna (Sokira) Marvel and husband, John, their children, Stacey Mansfield, Katie Healy and Olivia Marvel; Stephen Sokira and companion, Robyn Jensen; his daughter, Heather Sokira; Edward Sokira and wife, Bonnie their children, Jonathan and Sandy Sokira, Victoria and Edmund Jr. Crossan; Sharon Sokira Roark and husband, Carl their children, Spencer, Courtney and Jillian Malcom; Bonnie (Sokira) Lewis and husband, Chris, their children Christopher McElwee and Emily Lewis; 20 great-grandchildren; her brother, David Moser; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Kutzer.

Services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at St. Philips Lutheran Church, 5320 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, church service at 12:00 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in memory of our mother Peggy to St. Philips Lutheran Church.
